Return policy

As a member/customer of Kärcher Center Palaiologos, you have the ability to return the products you have selected if you have changed your mind, if the selection does not meet your expectations, or if the product is defective. The Kärcher Center Palaiologos team strives not to dispatch products that do not meet our quality criteria!

In order to avoid the cost of return, please consider other alternatives before returning the products, such as using them as a gift for a loved one.

After receiving the product, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any expenses other than the return costs. Please contact Kärcher Center Palaiologos to arrange the return of the product.

Once we receive the return request, we will send you a confirmation email.

The product must be returned to Kärcher Center Palaiologos within fourteen (14) days from the day you notified the company of your intention to withdraw, accompanied by the purchase receipt.

After we receive the product, we will assess its condition and determine whether a refund can be issued. For example, money cannot be refunded for products whose packaging has been opened, such as adhesives, resins, paints, or other materials with vulnerable chemical compositions that deteriorate as soon as their packaging is opened.

In order for us to refund your money for returned products, they must be in their original condition. This includes the original packaging, labels, and tags still attached to the product. We would kindly ask that the products be placed in separate packaging to protect them during transport to us.

Also, products that are manufactured according to your specifications cannot be returned, nor can personalized products.

In the case of payment by debit or credit card, we will credit your debit or credit card with the value of the products and delivery costs as soon as they are received and approved. Exceptionally, delivery costs will not be refunded if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by Kärcher Center Palaiologos. After we have received the product and processed the refund, we will send you another confirmation email.

In the case of products purchased with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by depositing it into the customer’s bank account.

Therefore, please inform us via email of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you hold the account, and the account holder’s name as it appears in the booklet. For security reasons, the account holder’s name must be the same as the one stated on the purchase receipt for the product you have returned.

The amount refunded will not include any return expenses, except if the return of the product is due to Kärcher Center Pliologos liability. As we do not keep stock, it may not be possible to exchange for size, dimensions, or specifications.

If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us, and we will arrange for the return from you, as well as a full refund for the products. Occasionally, there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card, which may be due to the bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 14 days.
