Payment methods
Payment is made before or upon delivery of the products and can be done through one of the following methods:
CASH ON DELIVERY
Orders throughout Greece are shipped through our collaborating courier service and are paid for using the cash on delivery method. You pay for the product upon delivery to the courier.
CARD
You can make payments through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners credit, debit, and prepaid cards via the Alpha e-commerce platform. All card transactions are carried out in a secure encryption environment with the guarantee of Alpha Bank. The card charge is processed by the bank, subject to verification and validation of the card’s details and validity. Card details are not stored on the e-shop.
In the final step of your purchases, you also have the option to make your purchase in up to 12 installments with an annual interest rate of 8% (if you use a credit card).
- For purchases up to €200, you can pay in up to 3 installments.
- For purchases up to €500, you can pay in up to 6 installments.
- For purchases of €500 and above, you can pay in up to 6 installments.
BANK DEPOSIT
You can also make payment by bank deposit into the company’s commercial bank account. The process for depositing into our bank account is completed during the checkout of your order. You can select ‘Bank Deposit’ as your payment method. You will deposit the amount into one of the following company accounts:
